HEAT PALM NUT OIL IN SMALL TO MEDIUM PAN
ADD KOOBI OR MMOMONI ..IF MMOMONI, FRY TILL IT SCATTERS IN THE OIL
ADD DICED TOMATOES AND ANY SPICES YOU WANT...THE LESS SPICES YOU USE, THE TASTIER IT IS
ADD SPINACH
LET SIMMER AND ADD SALT TO TASTE
ADD EGGS..DON'T STIR. TOO MUCH TO DISALLOW EGGS TO SCATTER...
(BROFO IS HARD!)
LEAVE ON LOW TILL SPINACH IS THOROUGLY COOKED
