Maybe we need to come up with a list of moderator responsibilities.

By the way, this has nothing to do with moderation.

Copying and pasting members pictures is way beyond the scope of moderation. You, the moderator, have no control over that. This has nothing to do with you.

If eg. an amateurish IT asshole decides to play tomfoolery with a member's pic in the Pictures/Avatar Galleries, you do not have anything to do about that.

"Right Click Disable" serves as a lil measure of protection for members.
It doesnt completely prevent malicious activities but it'll take a bit of savvyness to get around it which IMHO is GOOD...........but they dont care so its gone!!!
