INGREDIENTS

GROUND SHRIMP (5 BAGS)
GROUND FISH (3 BAGS)PREFERABLY CLAYFISH
GROUND PEPPER
SHRIMP BULLION CUBES
GROUND CLOVE (1 TEASPOON)
OIL
1 CAN OF LARGE TOMATOE PASTE (TOMATOE SAUCE MAKES COOKING TIME LONGER)
GROUND 1 CUP OF ONION
GROUND 6CLOVES OF GARLIC
GROUND 1/2 OF GINGER
(USE OIL TO GRIND INGREDIENTS AS WATER MAKES COOKING TIME LONGER)
CURRY POWDER


BRING OIL TO HEAT IN A LARGE NON-STICK POT
ADD 2 TABLESPOONFUL OF CURREY
ADD TOMAGROUND GARLIC, GINGER, CLOVES, ONION TO CURRIED OIL
COOK TILL SAUCE THICKENS
ADD PEPPER TO TASTE.
ADD TOMATOE PASTE
COOK TILL SAUCE DARKENS
ADD BULLION CUBES (2 LARGE ONES)
ADD GROUND SHRIMP, GROUND FISH
LEAVE TO SIMMER ON LOW CONTINUOUSLY STIRRING TILL SAUCE DARKENS

PS. DON'T COOK SHITTO TILL IT BURNS, PEOPLE COOK IT TILL IT BECOMES BLACK AND THAT LEAVES NO TASTE. AFTER IT COOKS, YOU LEAVE IT TO COOL OFF AND IT DARKENS AUTOMATICALLY...GOOD LUCK...

Well its pretty much the same way I make mine except I eliminate the tomatoes and use extra onions.
