Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ghanalady please post your vegetable soup recipe here. Da Dogg is also interested.

THINGS NEEDED
SHRIMP POWDER
GARLIC
GINGER
BROTH (BEEF OR CHICKEN)
TOMATOE SAUCE
ONIONS (THE MORE YOU USE, THE BETTER UR SOUP TASTE)
GREEN PEPPER(S)
GREEN BEANS
CARROTS

FIRST CUT UP YOUR ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS INTO CUBES.
ADD TOMATOE SAUCE,
ADD BLENDED GARLIC AND GINGER
ADD SHRIMP POWDER (FOR FLAVOURING)
ADD BEEF BROTH
ADD GREEN BEANS AND CUBED CARROTS

I USUALLY ADD ALL THESE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SLOW BOIL IT....GOOD LUCK

NAW, NOT WITH FUFU. IT IS FILLING BY ITS OWN. TRY IT, VERY TASTY OK OK, YOU CAN ADD MAGGIE CUBE (I AVOID USING THIS AT ALL COSTS)

Godiva check out my vegetable soup receipe you can use that for rice
and I think u can box this with fufu so u have a variety..
Fufu is really a tuff meal for me.....

yeah ebe ye din paa. my mum eats that stuff...I absolutely, positively hate vegetables..know its good but hate it... my aponkye nkrakra or nkatekonto will do anyday...

I love vegetables. I have to eat at least seven colors of vegetables a day. I have my own vegetable soup recipe but i will try yours too.
It should be very spicy.

Alcaline Vegetabel soup

This soup was put together by an group (cant remember the name of the association). It helps to produce and balance our Ph levels. This is the most effective and healthy diet to burn fat and should only be exercised for a max of 7 days.

1/4 of cabagge
bell peppers (to your like-depending on how spicy)
3 long sticks of celery
3 white onions
1 entire garlic

Cut the vegetables in peices, boil and ready to eat. Some, once boiled, liquify the bell peppers and mix it to make to give it a more thickner and tasty flavor. Preferably no salt and pepper for the diet part but you can add to your preference.
